Kyle White - Attorney At Law

Kyle White is a seasoned attorney and a Partner at White & Mejias, PLLC.  Kyle brings extensive experience and leadership to his firm which operates four offices across the state.  Over his career, Kyle has handled more than 2,000 landlord/tenant cases spanning 56 counties throughout Texas establishing himself as a go-to authority in this complex area of law.  He is a frequent speaker for professional organizations and community groups, delivering valuable insights on landlord/tenant disputes and real estate litigation.  He has been published in several different magazine and new articles on landlord/tenant disputes along with providing commentary on an as needed basis to several news stations in the Houston area.  He is the current Chair of the 5A Committee for the unauthorized Practice of Law. 

He will update us on Eviction Process and Deposit Refunds, as well an answering any questions we have.
