Judge Matt Beasley &

Constable Ryan Gable

Judge Matt Beasley was born in Slidell, Louisiana and moved to The Woodlands in 1996 where he graduated from The Woodlands High School class of 2002. A graduate  of University of Houston-Downtown police academy, he was hired by Constable Tim Holifield as a Woodlands Patrol Deputy and later transferred to the Sheriff’s Office where he worked for Sheriff Tommy Gage as a Detective.

Judge Beasley has served the community in many different capacities, Grogan’s Mill Village Association, member of The Woodlands First Baptist Church, and past master of Oak Wood Masonic Lodge #1444.

Since Judge Beasley’s election in November 2018, he and his professional court staff have implemented new dockets to provide better access to the court including;

  • Criminal night court
  • Civil night court
  • Teen court

Providing more convenient times for the public to handle their cases has been a hallmark achievement for Judge Beasley and the court staff.

It is the mission of the Justice of the Peace Court to serve the people of Montgomery County with professional and efficient administration of justice with integrity, fairness and respect.

Montgomery County Constable Pct 3 Ryan Gable - Elected Constable in August of 2012 and was recognized by the Justice of the Peace and Constable’s Association as Constable of the Year 2015 – 2016 for all of Texas. Dedicated to partnering with our community through neighborhood patrol and events and teaching our parents and youth the dangers of social media.

Since taking office, my staff and I have worked hard to make this constable’s office an example to law enforcement agencies around the State. This is our continued goal. We are working 24/7 in the precinct and offer a full service police agency, with an emphasis on community based policing. I feel it is very important that my department is open to you all and that we get an opportunity to meet everyone individually.

Some of our daily responsibilities include bailiff of the Justice of the Peace Precinct 3 court, serving of civil process and writs, patrolling the streets of Precinct 3 and investigating all aspects of criminal activity. As your constable, I am passionate about keeping our children safe. I have initiated a division to target on-line child predators, suspects sharing and trafficking child pornography, and suspects that try to reach out and meet our children. We take these matters seriously and want you to know that we are working hard for the safety of our children.
