Judge  Goodwin - Judge Lincoln Goodwin was unanimously appointed by Commissioners Court to serve as the Justice of the Peace, Precinct 4, Place 1 on December 16, 2014 and elected to a full term in November 2016. Judge Goodwin currently serves as the presiding judge for all Harris County Justices of the Peace. He has practiced law for 20 years and was selected as a 2013 Texas Super Lawyer in Texas Monthly Magazine and a 2013 & 2014 Top Lawyer in Houstonia Magazine.

Judge Beasley - Judge Matt Beasley was born in Slidell, Louisiana and moved to The Woodlands in 1996 where he graduated from The Woodlands High School class of 2002. After graduating from the University of Houston-Downtown police academy, he was hired by Constable Tim Holifield as a Woodlands Patrol Deputy and later transferred to the Sheriff’s Office where he worked for Sheriff Tommy Gage as a Detective before leaving to work for Commissioner James Noack as a project manager and later as Chief of Staff. Judge Beasley was elected to JP of Montgomery County Precinct 3 in 2018.
