Mr. White graduated from the University of Texas in Austin majoring in Government and Biology. He later attended Thurgood Marshall School of Law and obtained his Juris Doctorate. His practice focuses on landlord/tenant law and all that is encompassed by that. He has handled eviction cases in 34 different counties in the State of Texas for various apartment complexes, property management companies, and private residential rental landlords. In addition to handling evictions, Mr. White has argued almost every aspect of landlord/tenant law from the Justice Court level to the Appeal Courts in various counties.
Mr. White ran a successful solo practice in The Woodlands, TX before joining with his wife, to start their firm together, White & Mejias, PLLC. In addition to practicing law, Mr. White is also Chief Legal Counsel for Dream Home Seekers, LLC which is a Houston based residential and commercial real estate company. He is in charge of reviewing all sales contracts and leases for the agents with the brokerage prior to any deal being accepted. Mr. White is also a Texas licensed real estate agent. He enjoys golfing, shooting and collection firearms, and traveling the world.
