Brad Larsen

Brad Larsen was born and raised in Iowa – his parents were both school teachers. He graduated from the New Mexico Military Institute in Roswell, NM and was commissioned as a Lieutenant in the US Army in 1996. He then graduated from Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa in 1998. He was able to earn a baseball scholarship for both schools as a shortstop. After serving on active duty in the Army as an officer in the Infantry, Brad left the military as a Captain in 2002 and moved to San Antonio to pursue his interests in real estate. In late 2011 Brad Larsen formed Larsen Properties Property Management.In 2017, his company re-branded to RentWerx. Brad has been a licensed Realtor since 2003, has been married to Leah for over 10 years, and has two children.


Outline for the Speech:  Growing to 1,000 Homes and Beyond

 This presentation will outline the challenges, pitfalls, and lessons learned from a Property Management company start up growing organically to 1,000 plus homes and counting. Brad Larsen is the broker-owner of RentWerx based out of San Antonio, Texas.  He is also the founder and host of the Property Management Mastermind Podcast Show. Bradwill present some of the tips and techniques that he credits to achievingrapid and sustainable growth, excellent systems, and a highly profitable business.  Learn where they achieved success, and learn from their mistakes to coincide with the growing pains of a fast-growing company having to transform itself several times over. This is a real-world case study that strives to offer the most modern and best implemented ideas in the business.
